Pekan Kedua Agresi Gaza: 780 Gugur dan 3250 Lebih Terluka

Gaza-Infopalestina: Korban serangan serdadu Israel yang dilancarkan lewat darat, udara dan laut terus bertambah. Menginjak pekan kedua gempuran ke Gaza sudah lebih dari 780 korban meninggal dan 3250 lainya luka-luka.

Menurut Direktur Layanan Ambulan dan Emergency Departemen Kesehatan Palestina, Dr. Muawiyah Husnain menyebutkan, jumlah syuhada terus meningkat mencapai 780 syuhada, kebanyakan anak-anak dan wanita. Pada Kamis (8/1), tim medis menemukan lebih dari 50 jenazah yang meninggal akibat kebidaban Israel.


Menurut Husnain jasad para korban tersebut ditemukan di bawah reruntuhan rumah-rumah yang hancur akibat bombardemen rudal-rudal Israel. Sementara mobil-mobil ambulans tidak bisa mencapai lokasi korban, karena dihalang-halangi serdadu Israel.

Husnain menambahkan, pihaknya masih mencari jenazah korban yang tertimbun reruntuhan bangunan akibat gempuran roket Israel. Para petugas medis tidak bisa mencapai lokasi karena mendapat ancaman dari serdadu Zionis yang akan menggempur mereka lagi jika masuk lokasi serangan.

Serdadu Israel, Selasa kemarin, memusatkan seranganya ke rumah-rumah warga dan sekolah milik PBB. Akibatnya ratusan anak sekolah yang berlindung di sana tewas seketika. Sebanyak 135 anak bergelimpangan di antara puing dan reruntuhan bangunan.

Mereka juga menggempur masjid-masjid yang berada di Gaza. Sebanyak 15 masjid luluh lantak terkena rudal Israel. Mereka semakin beringas menyusul kegagalanya dalam manghadapi serangan perlawanan yang berimbas pada tewasnya puluhan serdadu dan ratusan lainya luka. Mereka melampiaskan dendamnya kepada rakyat sipil Palestina.

Menteri Kesehatan Palestina Dr. Baseem Naeem sebelumnya telah menegaskan bahwa korban pembantaian terbuka yang dilakukan Zionis Israel di Jalur Gaza sejak hari Sabtu (27/12), terus bertambah banyak. Terlebih ada ratusan korban luka yang dalam kondisi kritis dan puluhan lainnya masih di bawah puing-puing reruntuhan.

Naeen menegaskan persediaan obat-obatan dan kebutuhan medis lainnya sangat kurang untuk menghadapi kondisi darurat ini. Dia mengungakapkan ada 105 jenis obat-obatan utama yang stoknya nol, 225 kebutuhan medis lainnya stoknya juga nol. Sementara itu 93 bahan khusus laboratoriam stoknya juga nol.

Naeem mengatakan 50% mobil ambulan tidak bisa beroperasi karena tidak ada gas dan bahan bakar akibat blockade. Saat ini juga sangat dibutuhkan pembangkit listrik. Naeem menegaskan semua itu sudah terjadi sejak sebelum pembantaian yang dimulai Israel Sabtu lalu dan akibat blockade Israel.

Dia menyatakan pasukan penjajah Zionis Israel tidak hanya menggempur isntitusi-institusi dan gedung-gedung namun mulai mengempur fasilitas-fasilits sipil dan rumah-rumah warga. Ada puluhan peringatan untuk mengosongkan rumah dan ancaman kepada para penghuninya akan dihancurkan di atas kepala mereka. Dia meminta pengiriman tim medis Arab dan rumah sakit-rumah sakit lapangan untuk membantu pengobatan korban luka di saat-saat korban tiba. Dia mengimbau Negara-negara Arab untuk mengirim obat-obatan dan kebutuhan medis secepatnya dan mengganti kekurangan mobil ambulan dengan mengirim mobil ambulan yang siap beroperasi.

Pemandangan Mengerikan

Organisasi Palang Merah Internasional, Kamis (08/01), mengumumkan 4 mobil ambulan milik palang merah dan bulan sabit merah Palestina sampai di sejumlah rumah di kampong Zaitu, kota Gaza, yang hancur akibat bombardemen Israel. Pihaknya menemukan banyak jasad korban yang meninggal sementara anak-anak duduk di sisi jasad ibu-ibu mereka.

Dalam pernyataan yang salinannya diterima koresponen Infopalestina, Palang Merah Internasional menegaskan pihaknya telah meminta jaminan lalu-lintas yang aman agar mobil-mobil ambulan bisa sampai ke kampong ini sejak 3 Januari lalu. Namun sama sekali tidak mendapatkan izin dari militer Israel kecuali, Rabu (07/01) siang.

Menurutnya, “Tim gabungan antara Palang Merah Internasional dan Bulan Sabit Merah Palestina menemukan di sebuah rumah 4 orang bocah yang sedang duduk di sisi jasad ibu mereka. Dengan gemetar mereka menyampaikan tidak mampu lagi berdiri.” Sementara itu anggota tim gabungan menemukan seorang laki-laki yang masing hidup bersama 12 jasad korban lainnya yang sudah meninggal.

Di rumah yang berbeda tim menemukan 15 orang lain yang selamat dari serangan Israel, di antara mereka ada beberapa yang terluka. Di rumah yang lain juga ditemuka 3 jasad korban yang sudah meninggal.

Kepala Delegasi Palang Merah Internasional di Palestina, Bayer Fitash mengatakan “ini adalah peristiwa yang mengerikan. Dipastikan pasukan militer Israel mengetahui kondisi ini namun tidak mau memberikan bantuan kepada korban yang terluka. Mereka juga tidak mengizinkan kami dan Bulan Sabit Merah membantu mereka.”

Fitash menambahkan, “Tembok tinggi dari tanah yang didirikan militer Israel menghalangi mobil-mobil ambulan untuk sampai ke kampung tersebut. Untuk itu, kami terpaksa membawa anak-anak dan korban luka ke mobil ambulan dengan menggunakan gerobak yang ditarik keledai.”

Dia melanjutkan, “Tim gabungan dari Palang Merah Internasional dan Bulan Sabit Merah Palestina berhasil mengecakuasi 18 korban luka dan 12 lainnya yang kondisinya sangat lusuh dan kotor. Tim gabungan juga berhasil mengevakuasi dua jasad korban yang meninggal. Hari ini (Kamis, red) Palang Merah Internasional dan Bulan Sabit Merah akan mengumpulkan jasad yang masih tertinggal.”

Fitash mengisyaratkan, Palang Merah Internasional tahu bahwa di sana ada korban luka lain yang bersembunyi di rumah-rumah yang hancur di kampung Zaitun. Pihaknya meminta militer Israel memberikan jaminan keamanan kepada timnya dan mobil ambulan Bulan Sabit Merah Palestina untuk lewat dengan aman agar bisa masuk ke kampung tersebut untuk mencari korban luka yang lain.

Sampai saat ini Palang Merah Internasional belum mendapatkan kepastian apapun dari otoritas Israel untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam hal ini. Pihaknya menilai militer Israel telah mengingkari janji kewajibannya sebagaimana ditegaskan dalam hukum kemanusiaan internasional yang mengharuskan Israel memberikan perlindungan kepada korban luka dan mengevakuasi mereka. Penundaan pemberian izin kepada tim penolong untuk masuk ke kampung tersebut adalah hal yang tidak bisa diterima. (seto)
